I. YOUR INFORMATION

As part of the buying and selling process, the customer’s personal information is collected. The information collected may be as minimal as the customer’s name, address and email address. 

When the customer browses our store, the customers’ computer internet protocol (IP) address is also collected in order to provide the information that helps us learn about the customer’s browser and operating system.

With the customer’s permission, emails about our store, new products and other updates for email marketing purposes.

When the customer provides the necessary and personal information to complete a transaction, process of membership, verify credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, it is an implication that the customer is consenting and authorizing for the information to be collected and used for those purposes only.

IV. PAYMENT METHOD & INFORMATION PRIVACY 

Sensitive and personal information containing name, address, credit card information that is directly related to the payment method is not kept or stored by Lady St. Lucia. Customer’s browsing session on ladystlucia.com is secured. To protect customer’s personal information, Lady St. Lucia is bound to practice and to ensure that the customer’s information is used inappropriately, lost, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Cookies are used to enable basic functions and to analyze the use of this website and the customer’s browser.  These cookies identify and generate statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers.  These files help store information like “buyer’s preference” or “log-in” to make more convenient shopping experience for our shoppers.

As the customers browse and shop through Lady St. Lucia, advertising cookies may be placed on the customer’s device so that it will allow a further analyzation of our customer’s interest. It then enables Lady St. Lucia to present the customer with retargeting advertising on other sites based on their previous interaction with Lady St. Lucia. This technique does not collect personal information such as the customer’s name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.

Lady St. Lucia reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Checking the privacy policy is at the customer’s own discretion. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If any method material changes to this policy, the customer will be notified that it has been updated – the customer will be aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances.
